An extensive knowledge of materials use, services, structural elements and construction has to be blended with design to offer an imaginative, practical and reliable service. Our site experience is essential in overcoming the problems as they arise, ensuring programmes are adhered to and cost projections can be met. In many instances we take over a shell and core, which may or may not have services, ceilings or raised floors. We design all the interiors and co-ordinate all the elements of the fit out to work with a contractor or project manage the fit out ourselves. Refurbishment projects have included offices, warehouses, shops and blocks of flats.
