The Aspirant must be from Branding/ Marketing Agency Background who has moved to the real estate sector. The incumbent will be responsible for structuring white label products for high net worth individuals and lead investment function, including development of all investment strategy and processes. The applicant will have to build teams of Investment Analysts, Research Analysts, Business Development Team, and Portfolio Managers. Strategizing projects and positioning. The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related major academic and professional credentials.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant investment experience with out-and-out knowledge of structured products, credit risk, private equity, hedge funds, commodities, real estate, etc are essential

Job Description:
The day to day management of the interior design team including assignment of projects, evaluation of submissions, including company Operations, Project Scheduling, Marketing and Recruitment.
Oversee the development of existing and New Business of the company.
Acquire project information, review interior design requirements, research, and record and analyze information
Overall responsibility for the continued building of relationships with Key Accounts to maintain, develop and expand the companys portfolio
Represent company interests in Owners meetings and projects in the areas of design parameters, schedule, budget, and quality
Direct consultants through schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction, and opening phase
Control project costs by thoroughly reviewing project related expenditures and consultant/contractor contracts
Actively participate in value engineering process to assure that scope changes are in accordance with companys standards and overall budgets
Act as lead coordinator of all project communications and keep Design team informed by preparing project status reports, analyzing and summarizing information, and recommending appropriate actions
Work within the Company policies, standard operating procedures and objectives as approved by the company’s Executive Management.
