  • Counterfeit goods
  • Items violating sanctions

B. Age-Restricted - 2nd Tier Verification Required

  • Alcohol
  • Tobacco and vaping
  • Adult products
  • Gambling-related items

C. High-Risk Items

  • High-value electronics
  • Jewelry and precious metals
  • Cash or gift cards
  • Financial instruments

D. Safety Risks
