1. Before Confirmation

  • Interests are non-binding
  • No payment is taken

2. After Match & Escrow

Buyer Refunds

Full Refund if:

  • Flyer cancels before pickup
  • Item unavailable
  • Prohibited item detected
  • Flyer fails to travel

Partial Refund if:

  • Buyer cancels after pickup
  • Buyer unreachable
  • Change of mind after purchase

Flyer Payments

Flyer receives payment only after:

  • Buyer confirms delivery, or
  • ZOOZi approves release after review

3. Dispute Process

  • User opens dispute
  • Evidence requested
  • ZOOZi reviews:
    • receipts
    • photos
    • chat
    • travel proof
  • Decision issued

4. Evidence Rules

Valid evidence includes:

  • Purchase receipt
  • Item photos
  • Boarding pass
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Chat agreements

5. Chargebacks

Chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension
  • Debt collection
  • Loss of buyer protection

6. Time Limits

  • Delivery confirmation window: 24 hours
  • Dispute window: 48 hours
  • Review target: 72 hours
